“Winter Kalancha Trail” - is an annual winter trail race that takes place at the end of January in Kyiv's Vynohradar Forest Park. The main goal of the running event is to popularize running sports and active recreation among young people and others.

History
Registration for the trail race “Winter Kalancha Trail” is held online on the official Facebook page of the event. In doing so, you must provide your personal data and pay an organizational fee, the amount of which depends on the date of registration and the chosen discipline. The organizers recommend that each athlete carefully choose sportswear and footwear, as well as have insurance.
Route
The route of the trail race is an interesting route that runs through rough terrain, namely the snow-covered and beautiful trails of the Forest Park. There are several food and hydration points along the route, where athletes will find water or isotonic, as well as various goodies. Here every runner can relax and recuperate.
The track is well marked and there are always doctors and volunteers on it, who are ready to help and guide the athlete in the right direction. In fact, it is very convenient. At the end of the competition, each participant receives a commemorative medal, a diploma, and the best ones also receive a cash reward.
