Multiki Trail League – Multisport Ukrainian Trailrunning and Crosscountry League

This time we will talk about something quite interesting and unique in its own way trail league of Ukraine, which takes place in Kyiv and is called "Multiki Race" or "Multiki Trail League". I met her for the first time back in 2018, participating in a trail race “Didorivka Trail Run” (now after the league update it is called “Didorivka Trail Half Marathon”).

History "Multiki Race” dates back to 2016, when the Kitaevo Trail Run was first held on the southern outskirts of Kyiv. The organizers of the competition liked the area, in particular, Holosiivsky Forest, so much that they also started holding all their subsequent competitions there. In 2018, the league took on its final form, thanks to the consolidation of 3 trail races and one half marathon. 

It includes:

  • Pyrogiv Trail Run
  • Golosiievo Trail Half Marathon
  • Kitaevo Trail Run
  • Didorivka Trail Run

What is its uniqueness? The main idea of ​​"Multiki Trail League" is to unite in your own running events supporters running and cross country. Therefore, as part of these competitions, separate competitions are held among runners and cyclists. The route remains the same, but it can be conquered both on a bicycle and on foot.

In 2019, the organizers had to say goodbye to one of their races, namely the trail "Kitaevo Trail Run". This did not happen without the help of Ukrainian officials. Ago "Multiki Trail League” received a small update.



In 2020, due to the situation with covid, no competitions were held in the league.

2021 is the year of the return of “Multiki Trail League” after a small update. Now the league includes 3 races, namely 2 trail half-marathons and one 10-kilometer trail race:

  • Pyrogiv Trail Run
  • Golosiievo Trail Half Marathon
  • Didorivka Trail Half Marathon

At the same time, the format of the competition has almost not changed. As in the very first edition of "Multiki Race", you can not only run or pedal, but also test your strength first in running, and then if you wish, on a bicycle.
