Run for 10 miles (it is about 16 kilometers) is considered a long distance that can be overcome only by a well-trained athlete. To do this, he will need a lot of strength and endurance. This distance is unlikely to conquer a beginner, and most importantly, can be dangerous to his health. So if you are planning a race in the future 10 miles, need well and train carefully, starting with short distances and pace, which can be gradually increased.
