I ran 10 kilometers - is the most popular discipline in athletics. If you are no longer a beginner in this sport and able to run at a moderate pace an hour or more without stopping to walk, then you have time to move to a new level. Long distance running makes us stronger, more resilient and teaches us to cope with fatigue. This is a good way to prepare yourself and your body for more serious distances, as running 10 kilometers requires the athlete serious training in physical and moral, quality equipment and proper nutrition.
