Trail race "On the Edge of Winter" - is an annual mountain race that takes place in late November and early December at the White Elephant - Dzembronia camp in the Carpathians. All participants of the mountain race are provided with transfers, meals and accommodation. At the end of the race, they receive commemorative medals, a diploma and prizes.

History
Registration for the mountain race "On the Edge of Winter" is held online. To do this, you need to fill out an electronic form, which is available at the link on the page “AdvenTURE Competitions Series”. At the same time, the athlete's personal data is indicated and an organizational fee is paid. Its amount depends on the date of registration and the chosen distance. There are also discounts for those who plan to participate in two types of courses at once.
Route
The route of the mountain race runs through rough terrain in the Carpathian Mountains. In particular, the race starts at the "White Elephant" camp and goes to the village of Dzembronia, Mount Smotrych, Vuhaty Kamen, then goes to the Kosaryshche and Stepansky ranges and returns to the "White Elephant" camp.
Such a route is not only a good test of the body's endurance, but also an opportunity to admire the beautiful mountain scenery and nature of the Carpathians, albeit in difficult weather conditions. Participation in such a race requires special clothing and equipment, a list of which can be found on the organizer's website.
